At Exoura, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every fragrance you receive meets our standards.
you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is accepted, we will share you information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Customer will be responsible of parcel he/she sending us back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will promptly review the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless proof is provided that the item arrived in damaged condition.We cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items, discounted products, or orders placed using a discount code.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the existing product and place a new order once your return is approved.
A PKR 350 exchange fee will apply for processing and reshipping the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, 25% will be deducted from the original amount to cover processing and handling costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
